Job summary

Sephora SEA is offering an Internship in Merchandising from October to December 2026. The role involves collaborating with brand partners and internal teams on monthly launches and campaigns, plus market and competitor analysis to drive category growth.

You will also handle weekly/monthly reporting, stock availability checks with the supply chain, and ensure testers are in-store for all SKUs while coordinating with brands on stock needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with brand partners and internal stakeholders on monthly launch plans and campaigns.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis – monitoring and identifying new beauty trends / brands / programs for better optimisation and category growth.
• Conducting weekly and monthly reporting and presentation, deep diving into category growth and trends.
• Checking upcoming months’ animation and working with supply chain team to ensure stock availability and status.
• Ensuring testers are made available in-store for all SKUs and liaising with brands should stores require more stock.
• Managing animation projects along with new store openings.
