Job summary

Henatenn Holdings Pte. Ltd. is offering an eCommerce internship to support digital commerce operations, campaign execution, product listings, order fulfillment, and livestream initiatives across platforms.

You will engage with customers, assist with livestream content, inventory tracking, and performance analysis, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed ITE or Polytechnic; studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Understanding of various online marketplaces (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
• Flexibility in working hours including weekends or after office hours.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Good communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with online platforms.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The eCommerce Intern will play a key role in supporting our digital commerce operations, customer engagement, and livestream initiatives across multiple platforms. You will assist in campaign execution, product listing management, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role also involves engaging with customers and online communities through various support channels, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support livestream operations, content updates, and performance analysis to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Commercial and Campaign planning

• Assist in campaign submission to respective platforms
• Assist in maintenance of product listings across platforms

Community Engagement& Customer Service

• Assist in replying of emails, live chat, Telegram, and other support channels.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalat complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Answer customer and community questions accurately, and share product updates, announcements, and educational content.

Fulfillment and Logistic Support

• Assist in e-commerce order fulfillment and inventory management
• Support in tracking inventory level to be satisfied at a safe level
• Assist in ensuring orders have been shipped out on time

Livestream &Backend Support

• Manage backend operations, including livestream support, product listings, and other content updates.
• Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
• Support the team on performance tracking and provide action able insights to optimize future content.
• Support the team on acquisition, selection, and engagement of TikTok Live streamers.
• Support the planning and coordination of livestream calendars, ensuring smooth and effective execution of all sessions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with online platforms.

Internship Terms

• Duration: Minimum 6 months
• Working Arrangement: Full-time internship
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Monthly Internship Allowance:
• ITE: SGD 800/-
• Polytechnic: SGD 1500/-
