Job summary

Henatenn Holdings Pte. Ltd. is offering an eCommerce internship to support digital commerce operations, campaign execution, product listings, order fulfillment, and livestream initiatives across platforms.

You will engage with customers, assist with livestream content, inventory tracking, and performance analysis, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed ITE or Polytechnic; studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Understanding of various online marketplaces (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
• Flexibility in working hours including weekends or after office hours.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Good communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign submission to respective platforms.
• Assist in maintenance of product listings across platforms.
• Reply emails, live chat, Telegram, and other support channels.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases.
• Assist in e-commerce order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Support livestream operations and content updates; track performance.
