Job description

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on eCommerce Executive to manage our full e-commerce operations across various online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon, Shopify, and more. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution—from product listing, digital marketing, campaign management, and new product development to final product launch. You will also play a key role in driving sales performance and executing the company’s e-commerce growth strategy.

This role is ideal for someone with strong operational capabilities, digital marketing know-how, and a genuine passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Marketplace Management
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms (titles, descriptions, images, SEO, pricing).
  • Ensure listings are accurate, competitive, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance analytics on each platform.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, payday sales) across platforms.
  • Work with graphic designers and content teams to develop banners, product visuals, and digital assets.
  • Utilize platform tools (e.g., Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
New Product Development & Launches
  • Work closely with product development and sourcing teams on new SKU pipeline.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify gaps and trends.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, listing, and soft/hard launches.
Sales & Performance Management
  • Monitor and report on marketplace KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, CTR, revenue, returns).
  • Forecast and plan for online demand and promotions.
  • Work with finance/ops teams to reconcile sales, returns, payments, and platform fees.
E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
  • Implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to increase brand presence, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Recommend and test new growth channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, Live Commerce, Social Selling).
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes, e-commerce trends, and customer behavior.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (preferably with multiple platforms).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, marketplace algorithms, and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Photoshop/Canva, and e-commerce back-end dashboards.
  • Strong time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes
  • Passion for e-commerce, tech trends, and digital innovation.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with live-streaming campaigns, affiliate marketing, or CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other custom store backends is advantageous.
  • Basic HTML, SEO, or marketplace API understanding is a bonus.
