Joyful Tots Bendemeer is seeking an experienced Centre Principal for a 6-month contract to lead and manage the centre, ensuring high standards of care, learning and operational excellence.

The role requires ECDA certification, leadership in a preschool setting, and a strong grasp of ECDA regulations. You will supervise staff, drive curriculum quality, engage with parents and work with the Centre Director on strategic planning.

Qualifications

• ECDA-certified and eligible for appointment as a Centre Principal.
• Leadership experience in a preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of ECDA regulations and early childhood practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and guidance to teaching and support teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support curriculum planning and teaching quality.
• Build strong relationships with parents and respond to their needs.
