Job summary

Aber Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to design and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and foster a safe, welcoming learning environment.

You will observe children, update parents on progress, and collaborate with families to support each child’s development. The role requires a caring approach, adherence to local guidelines, and strong communication with staff and guardians.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON.
• Min 2 years related experience.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials.
• Foster positive behaviours in the preschool centre.
• Evalute lesson plans and admend accordingly to the needs of the children.
• Conduct obersvation and update parents on child's progression.
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children.
• Adhere to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidlines.
• Build strong parent-teacher partnership with two-ways communication and involvement.
