Job summary

OJJ FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Pork Cutter to join our production team in Singapore. The role involves cutting pork per production requirements, trimming and portioning, weighing and sorting products, and maintaining cleanliness in a cool production area.

The position requires ability to lift 15–20 kg and to work in a 8–12 °C environment; uniform will be provided. Collaboration with the production team is essential to meet daily output targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred; but not mandatory.
• Preferred with knife handling skills experience.
• Comfortable working in 8–12 °C working environment; uniform will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cut pork according to production requirements or customer orders.
• Use knives or cutting equipment to perform cutting, trimming and portioning operations.
• Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications.
• Ability to lift and carry about 15 kg to 20 kg.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.

6 working days (Monday to Saturday:7am to 4.20pm)
