Job summary

MILLENNIUM INTEGRATED SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dependable Driver Cum Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, transporting staff and managing logistics for equipment and goods across sites.

You will plan routes, maintain records, ensure on-time deliveries, and assist with loading/unloading while coordinating with the Operations team. The role requires punctuality, a valid Singapore Class 3 licence, and the ability to start early each day.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Vocational Licence will be an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and locations.
• Comfortable with early-morning start times.
• Able to work independently and manage daily transportation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ferry staff from Jurong East to Jurong Island, with an early-morning pick-up at approximately 6.25am.
• Ensure staff are transported safely, punctually to and from Jurong Island.
• Handle collection and delivery of equipment, materials and goods between the office and project sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Coordinate with the Operations team on daily deliveries and collections.
• Plan daily trips and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage and vehicle usage.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, safe and well maintained.
• Assist the operations team with other logistics duties as assigned.
