CONRAD MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Driver Cum Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, transporting staff, delivering and collecting goods, and providing general logistics assistance.

The role requires early starts, a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, good knowledge of Singapore roads, and the ability to work independently to plan trips, maintain records, and coordinate with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Vocational Licence considered an advantage.
• Must be responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Comfortable with early-morning start times.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily transportation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff from Jurong East to Jurong Island with early morning start (~6:25am).
• Ensure staff are transported safely and punctually.
• Handle collection and delivery of equipment between office and sites.
• Assist with loading/unloading of goods when required.
• Coordinate daily deliveries with Operations team.
• Plan daily trips and routes for timely transportation.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle usage.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean, safe, and maintained.
• Assist operations with other logistics duties.

Looking for a reliable and responsible Driver who enjoys being on the road and supporting day to day operations? Join our team!

We are looking for a Driver Cum Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations.The role combines staff transportation, delivery and collection of goods and general logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ferry staff from Jurong East to Jurong Island, with an early-morning pick-up at approximately 6.25am
• Ensure staff are transported safely, punctually to and from Jurong Island
• Handle collection and delivery of equipment, materials and goods between the office and project sites
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required
• Coordinate with the Operations team on daily deliveries and collections
• Plan daily trips and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections , mileage and vehicle usage
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, safe and well maintained
• Assist the operations team with other logistics duties as assigned

What we are looking for

• ValidSingapore Class 3 driving licence
• Valid Vocational Licence will be advantage
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and location
• Comfortable with early-morning start times
• Able to work independently and manage daily transportation schedules

• Salary:$2,370 - $2,600 per month
