Job summary

Nurture Pods Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist (Locum / Part Time) to support children with developmental needs in a clinic-based setting in Singapore. You will assess, plan and deliver individualized speech and feeding therapy sessions for infants to preschoolers, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold AHPC registration, a recognised degree or master’s in Speech Therapy, and 1–3 years’ relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree or Master’s in Speech Therapy / Speech Pathology (AHPC Singapore accredited)
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
• 1–3 years’ experience with children in early intervention, special education, or paediatric settings

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, communication and feeding assessments and therapy to infants–preschoolers with developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct caregiver/parent training for home-based support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and IEPs.
• Contribute to programme development, resources and staff training.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to AHPC practice standards.
