MindChamps Allied Care @ Serangoon Gardens is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to assess and provide individualised intervention for children with diverse speech and language challenges, and to conduct group sessions focusing on communication.

You will update case notes, build strong rapport with children and families, participate in trans-disciplinary support in EIP classes, and stay current with AHPC guidelines and best practices in pediatric therapy.

Qualifications

• AHPC registration required as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passionate about inclusionary practice and early intervention strategies.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.
• At least 3 years of experience with children preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and provide individualised Speech Therapy intervention for children with speech and language challenges.
• Conduct group Speech Therapy classes focusing on communication.
• Establish therapist-parent relationships with regular feedback and home strategies.
• Update and maintain case notes post sessions.
• Provide trans-disciplinary support in EIP classes.
• Stay updated on pediatric Speech Therapy developments.
• Comply with AHPC regulations and guidelines.
