Job summary

KIDZMONTE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator to plan engaging lessons and oversee a preschool class. You will design activities, lead projects, and ensure a nurturing learning environment focused on development and character building.

The role requires strong English communication and a relevant degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, with experience considered advantageous. The position involves event participation and active parent interaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education; experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience in preschool settings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans with objectives and learning outcomes to engage children and meet varying needs and learning styles.
• Plan and prepare class projects, field trips and experiential activities.
• Develop and shape children's character and moral values.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom and centre environment.
• Participate in event management as well as marketing and sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents.
• Manage a class of preschool children and help them develop to their full potential in a fun, enriching environment.
