Job summary

AUSPICIOUS AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Teacher in Early Childhood Education to lead classroom programmes, plan curricula, and evaluate lessons. The role involves mentoring junior teachers, engaging with parents, and ensuring child safety and hygiene in a supportive centre environment.

The candidate will coordinate the school programme, demonstrate strong communication, and uphold centre policies while delivering Montessori-informed practices where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work with parents and staff professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior teachers may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in line with centre policies.
• Prepare lesson plans and conduct evaluation of lessons.
• Mentor beginning teachers and work independently.
• Manage classroom and actively communicate with parents.
• Ensure safety and hygiene of the children; senior teacher and programme lead.

• Prepare the lesson plans, Conduct evaluation of lessons
• Able to work independently and mentor beginning teachers
• Classroom management and active communication with parents
• Ensure safety and hygiene of the children
• Senior Teacher for the centre and in-charge of the school programme

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education its equivalent recognized by ECDA.
• 2 year of relevant experience in childcare/preschool.
• Experience in Montessori-based curriculum would be an advantage.
• Have a passion in teaching young children.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
