Job summary

Cycle & Carriage in Singapore is recruiting an Executive – Sales Operations to support the Sales Management team. You will help run day-to-day operations, coordinate with Key Accounts Managers for car delivery and lead generation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth customer journey.

This role offers exposure to pricing strategy, showroom operations and process optimization, with opportunities to influence commercial decisions and drive sales performance.

What You'll Do

As part of the Sales Management team, you will:

• Assist in day to day operations
• Coordinate and work closely with the Key Accounts Managers on car delivery, vehicle trial getting in new leads, motivate and heighten sales achievement
• Providing regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager on any operation issues
• Communicating with principal, customers and vendors ensuring smooth operations
• Ensure smooth showroom operations and managing of demo units
• Partake in formulating appropriate pricing and product strategies, build up the customers’ database, see opportunity for un-targeted segments and partner with Marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
• Handle stock inventory holding with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while gaining the market share within given resources
• Coordinate with various departments and external vendors on vehicle status movements
• Digitalize sales processes and identify area of improvement on sales processes
