Job summary

Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant for our client in Singapore. The role involves packing orders, coordinating with couriers, stock receipt and inventory checks, and data entry in the e-commerce system.

The position offers regular daytime hours, AWS and medical & dental benefits, with a basic salary up to $2,600 per month and a stable 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in packing, warehouse, or e-commerce is welcome.
• Organised and careful with details.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders accurately for delivery and courier collection
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Receive, issue and organise incoming/outgoing stocks
• Perform daily stock counts and inventory checks
• Update order and delivery statuses in the e-commerce system
• Prepare and maintain simple inventory reports
• Liaise with Operations and Accounts teams on orders and payments
• Handle basic data entry, filing and document printing
• Assist with loading, unloading, lifting and moving goods
• Perform other ad-hoc duties when required

Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $2,000 – $2,600/month
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Saturday, 9am – 1pm

What You’ll Be Doing
