Job summary

Gname.com is seeking a data-centric Operations Coordinator in Singapore to manage domain reservation data, resolve issues, and monitor daily operations. You will work closely with Customer Service and Technical teams to analyze data, report findings, and implement optimization ideas that improve efficiency and user experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in Internet/e-commerce. Fluent English and Chinese, strong communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; 1+ year in Internet/e-commerce or platform business preferred.
• Familiarity with domain names is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent English and Chinese are required.
• Data analysis skills and ability to propose process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process user reservation data and address data issues promptly.
• Monitor daily operations, analyze statistics, and propose optimization plans.
• Perform domain data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Resolve after-sales issues including domain backend and support.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Tech teams to drive improvements.
• Handle domain reservations, data reporting, root-cause analysis, and solutions.
• Participate in system optimization to boost efficiency and user experience.
• Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations to stakeholders.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the department manager.
