Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Ecommerce and Marketing Executive to drive online sales and brand presence. Based at Pasir Panjang (near MRT), you will develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee social media and website content.

You will conduct market research, analyze trends, generate leads, and coordinate promotions and events. 2+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing is required; basic photography skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Design, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce or online marketing is required.
• Basic photography and visual-content creation skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for product launches, campaigns and website content.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including analysis of promotional activities, pricing and market trends.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and recommend improvements to promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Generate leads through digital marketing channels and manage the company's social-media platforms and website.
• Plan and execute social-media content, advertisements and promotional activities.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional, public-relations and event activities for the brand.
• Support store promotions, marketing materials and visibility-enhancement initiatives.
• Design and develop basic marketing collateral such as posters, flyers and promotional materials.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social-media platforms.
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce activities and support online sales growth.
• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.
