Job summary

TEAMLINK MARKETING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an ecommerce associate to own and optimize online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and live commerce operations. You’ll partner with the Brand Manager and take real ownership of the channel.

This role is built for someone with at least two years in ecommerce, who is curious, organized, and ready to direct live hosts, coordinate campaigns, and deliver actionable performance insights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run daily execution across marketplace channels: pricing, promotions, assortment.
• Plan and run campaigns: mega sales, seasonal pushes, platform events.
• Track GMV, conversion, AOV, and margins.
• Hire, train, and manage live hosts; build the live selling calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare performance reports with insights for planning.

Job description

We're the Singapore distributor for Superga, Havaianas, and Sebago, and this role will run all online sales channels: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc. and live commerce operation. You'll work closely with our Brand Manager and get real ownership of the channel.

This is built for someone who has already started their ecommerce career who wants to learn fast and take on responsibility quickly.

What you'll be doing

Platforms & Sales

• Run daily execution across Marketplace Channels - Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop etc: pricing, promotions, assortment
• Plan and run campaigns: mega sales, seasonal pushes, platform events
• Track GMV, conversion, AOV, and margin, and flag problems early

Live Commerce

• Hire, train, and manage our live hosts; build and run the live selling calendar
• Write session briefs, talking points, and scripts so every host walks in prepared
• Monitor live sessions and coach hosts on accuracy, engagement, and conversion
• Review performance data after each live session, including best products, hosts, time slots, and formats, and feed it back into planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, and logistics teams to support smooth execution of sales plans
• Align inventory, promotional activities, and sales strategies to maximise efficiency

Reporting & Market Awareness

• Track competitors and platform trends, and suggest where we should move next
• Put together performance reports that actually say something, not just numbers on a page

What we're looking for

• Some exposure to ecommerce, and online platforms. Minimally 2 years of experience, and you should understand how online sales actually work
• Comfortable directing other people, including our live hosts. No formal people management experience required, just the confidence to give direction and feedback
• Genuinely curious about ecommerce and live selling, and willing to figure things out instead of waiting to be told
• Organized enough to juggle a live calendar, three platforms, and reporting
