Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks an E-Commerce / Business Development Executive (Modern Trade) to oversee e-commerce operations and the online live-streaming platform, from integrations to account management and content.

The role focuses on enhancing UI, managing accounts, coordinating with partners, and driving data-driven insights while coordinating with internal teams across the business. A Diploma/degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic HTML.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Meticulous and a fast learner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in marketing and webpage updating.
• Creative, with strong marketing ideation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the technology and infrastructure needed to sustain e-commerce operations and the online live platform.
• Ensure end-to-end integration of plugins and third-party software.
• Manage new and existing online supermarket and online retail accounts.
• Handle all e-commerce-related online enquiries.
• Contribute to e-commerce growth by enhancing UI, customer shopping experience, and order fulfilment flow.
• Collate information to generate data-driven commercial insights and coordinate with business partners.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.
• Develop strategic communications planning for O2O promotions and marketing content.
• Coordinate e-advertising, roadshows, and promotional programmes for company events.
• Identify and develop relationships with bloggers and influencers.
• Track and tabulate media coverage.
• Stay current on marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques, and media regulations.
• Manage and monitor expenses, adhering to budget allocations.
• Liaise with internal and external departments and stakeholders.
• Co-host live streaming sessions.
• Develop show content with relevant departments ahead of live streaming.
• Handle other e-commerce-related matters and ad-hoc duties as required by management.
