Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day operations of online shops across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, TikTok Shop, and more) and to lead multi-channel campaigns.

You will craft content, optimize SEO, and monitor ROI to drive performance. The role requires 2–3 years in FMCG or manufacturing with hands-on experience in digital marketing and content strategy, reporting to the marketing team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business Communications.
• 2–3 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in digital marketing and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of online shops on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, TikTok Shop, etc.
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, live ecommerce, paid ads and SEO.
• Creating and managing content including product info, photos, video and RTB.
• Analyzing performance metrics, data and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and partners.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive - FMCG industry / Platforms Management

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of online shops (on platform- Shopee, Lazada / RedMart, TikTok shop & etc.)
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu), live-ecommerce, KOL paid ads and SEO
• Creating and managing content, such as product info, product photos, video and RTB
• Analyzing performance metrics, data and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities
• Co-ordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and external partners
• Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or Business Communications
• At least 2 or 3 years working experiences in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
