Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (UGC) across key markets, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Complete usage rights management and product/SKU tagging to build an organized, searchable content library.
• Support publishing of approved content and perform quality checks for accuracy.
• Work through moderation backlogs and maintain an efficient content workflow.
• Document processes and create clear SOPs for long-term UGC management by the Onsite team.
