Job summary

Section Pte Ltd is seeking a Content Engineer Intern to support content creation, management, and QA across digital platforms. You will work with content, project, and technical teams to ensure content is well-structured, published, and maintained.

You will gain hands-on experience with CMS platforms, content automation, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, while contributing to real-world digital projects and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/DM/Communications.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JSON, XML and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, updating and publishing of digital content.

We are looking for a Content Engineer Intern to support the creation, management, and quality assurance of digital content across our platforms. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in the intersection of content, technology, and digital products.

You will work closely with content, project, and technical teams to ensure content is accurately structured, published, and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation, updating, and publishing of digital content.
• Assist with content uploads, migration, tagging, and formatting within CMS platforms.
• Perform quality checks to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and correct display.
• Support content mapping and data validation activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic content-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and trackers for content activities.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives where applicable.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other team members on content-related requirements.
• Support other content engineering and project activities as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, CMS platforms, or Excel/Google Sheets would be an advantage.
• Interest in technology, digital content, automation, or AI-related tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• No prior professional experience required; training and guidance will be provided.
