Job summary

ATASBID SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level E‑commerce Photography Assistant to support daily photography operations, listing workflows, and marketing efforts for upcoming auctions.

You will prepare auction content, upload listings with photos, and assist with social media postings across platforms. Training provided, with a 4-day workweek and 10am–7pm schedule in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Creative and detail-oriented with good writing skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic design/photo editing tools.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction catalog content and upload listings with photos to the Company platform and social media.
• Assist with planning and posting on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to promote upcoming auctions.
• Produce clear product photos and basic graphics for auction previews, highlights, and marketing materials.
• Respond to bidder enquiries online, support live auctions, and follow up with interested collectors.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and maintain the customer and item database.
• Coordinate with the operations team on item intake, invoicing, and post-auction logistics as needed.
