Toy Space Collectible Pte Ltd is hiring an E-Commerce & Content Executive to manage online stores and create engaging content across platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. The role involves shooting product photos/videos, filming arrivals, editing short-form videos, and coordinating order fulfillment for speedy delivery.

You should be comfortable on camera, understand marketplace platforms, and regularly post engaging content to grow the brand’s online presence in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce is preferred but attitude, creativity and willingness to learn matter.
• Ability to film and edit short-form video content is valued.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment and being in front of the camera.

Responsibilities

• Own Our Online Stores: manage product listings, launches, promotions, pricing and online merchandising across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Create Content: shoot product photos and videos, create TikToks/Instagram Reels, film arrivals and launches, edit short-form videos, brainstorm content ideas.
• Keep Online Orders Moving: process orders, pick/pack, prep for courier, coordinate inventory, ensure new releases go live on time.
• Collaborate with retail staff to maintain store presence and online-offline alignment.
• Grow the brand's online and social presence through engaging content and timely postings.

We want you.

Toy Space Collectible is growing, and we’re looking for an E-Commerce & Content Executive to take charge of our online sales channels and help create content around the products and brands we love.

This isn’t a typical desk job.

One moment you could be launching a new preorder listing on Shopify, the next you’re filming a new arrival for TikTok, photographing a limited-edition model, or preparing orders going out to collectors.

If you enjoy e-commerce, social media and collectibles, this could be the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Our Online Stores

You’ll help manage and grow our online sales channels:

• Shopify
• Shopee
• Lazada
• TikTok Shop

You’ll manage product listings, launches, promotions, pricing and online merchandising while making sure our stores always look fresh and up to date. Don't worry, product listings are auto-sync from our Shopify.

Create Content

New models arrive almost every week — and we want people to know about them.

You’ll get to:

• Shoot product photos and videos
• Create TikToks and Instagram Reels
• Film new arrivals and product launches
• Edit short-form videos
• Come up with fun content ideas
• Experiment with different ways to showcase our products online

You don’t need to be a professional photographer or filmmaker.

If you can use a phone, understand what makes a good Reel/TikTok and have a good eye for products, that’s what we’re looking for.

Keep Online Orders Moving

You’ll also help make sure our collectors receive their orders quickly and accurately.

This may include:

• Processing online orders
• Picking and packing orders
• Preparing orders for courier collection
• Coordinating online inventory
• Making sure new releases go live correctly and on time

You’ll work alongside other retail staff, so you won’t be expected to run the retail store by yourself.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

• Are comfortable to be in front of camera
• Understand Shopify and how marketplace platform like Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok works
• Spend enough time on TikTok/Instagram to understand what makes good short-form content
• Can take attractive photos and film engaging short-form videos
• Know basic video editing — CapCut or similar is perfectly fine
• Are organised and detail-oriented
• Can work independently without needing someone to constantly tell you what to do
• Enjoy experimenting and coming up with new ideas
• Are comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment

Experience with e-commerce is preferred, but attitude, creativity and willingness to learn matter just as much.
