Job summary

Sea Group seeks a skilled AI/ML engineer to design a shopping Agent for To C users, enabling intent understanding, memory-driven personalization, and tool integration. The role focuses on multi-turn dialogue, evaluation, and scalable deployment in a multilingual context.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and operations to deliver AI-native shopping assistants and MaaS tooling for regional markets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years in ML, NLP, or LLM applications with hands-on work.
• Experience with agent orchestration or memory modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLM application paradigms and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design a shopping Agent architecture for To C users, covering intent understanding and multi-turn pipelines.
• Address user intent, ambiguities, budgets, and preferences to interpret shopping goals.
• Build long- and short-term memory models for personalization in e-commerce.
• Improve tool-calling pipelines for search, recommendations, pricing, promotions, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop multi-turn dialogues for complex decisions and purchase recommendations.
• Create offline/online evaluation systems for task completion, relevance, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, search/recommendation, and operations for large-scale deployment.
