Job summary

FairPrice Group in Singapore is seeking an Agentic AI & Software Engineer to shape our customer ecosystem by building robust backend systems, managing loyalty and billing, and pioneering agentic AI capabilities across our platforms.

You will design real-time hyper-personalization APIs, integrate AI-driven data, and deploy AI agents that automate key business workflows, collaborating with Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Service to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Proven backend systems and API development experience.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices on GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain loyalty and billing backends with enterprise middlewares.
• Develop hyper-personalization APIs and real-time recommendations.
• Build and deploy autonomous AI agents and AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Service to translate requirements into technical solutions.
