Job summary

PwC Southeast Asia Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. You will gather requirements, design integrations using APIs and Azure services, and drive AI adoption across engagements.

You will mentoring teams, shaping data migration, security and deployment strategies, and collaborating with clients and pre-sales to craft scalable, value-driven technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM implementations.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Service / Customer Engagement & Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with integration, data migration, security, and solution governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in both Commercial Cloud and Government Cloud environments.
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure and AWS.
• Advanced knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure OpenAI.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure are highly desirable.
