Qualifications

• Experience in Chinese or Western cuisine.
• Experience preparing Xiao Long Bao or Chinese Dim Sum is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrate responsibility, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Support daily kitchen operations by managing inventory and coordinating supplies.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
• Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
