Qualifications

• Experience in Chinese or Western cuisine.
• Experience preparing Xiao Long Bao or Chinese Dim Sum is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrate responsibility, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Assist the Head Chef with preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and plating food to meet quality standards
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support daily kitchen operations by managing inventory and coordinating supplies
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and enforce compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely meal service
• Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Chinese or Western cuisine
