Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of marketing, content, media, or communications experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in content creation, including filming and basic editing for social media content.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Clear communicator with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Management & Creation: Manage content calendar, publish content across platforms, produce content for owned channels and client campaigns, be involved in filming to editing, adapt content formats for platforms, support ideation and development of original IPs and digital content initiatives, maintain content pillars, identify trends and plan social media campaigns.
• Artiste Liaison: Liaise with artistes for shoots, coordinate filming dates and content requirements, brief artistes on objectives, act as point of contact between artistes, internal teams and external partners.
• Project Management & Business Support: Manage campaigns from brief to execution, coordinate with teams, freelancers, and partners, prepare decks and proposals, track deliverables and timelines, provide admin support for collaborations, conduct basic brand and social media audits, brainstorm new digital formats and platform concepts, ensure alignment with brand positioning.
