Job summary

Yutopiayutopia.com.sg is looking for a versatile Social Media & Content Creator to plan, produce and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (RED) and other platforms, and to film and edit short-form videos.

You will brainstorm campaigns, write captions, assist with seasonal launches and promotions, support influencer activations, design visuals, capture store content and help ensure brand consistency across channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (RED) and other platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple retail outlets.
• Prepare campaign assets including posters, digital banners and promotional materials.
• Support influencer collaborations and marketing activations.
• Design marketing visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create promotional graphics, EDMs and in-store marketing materials.
• Assist with product photography and lifestyle content shoots.
• Research consumer trends, competitors and emerging retail concepts.
• Identify trending products, viral content and social media opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support the setup and execution of retail promotions, roadshows and pop-up events.
• Assist with visual merchandising and in-store displays to ensure brand consistency.
• Capture photo and video content during store activations and events.
• Work alongside the retail team during busy periods, campaigns or new store openings.
• Gather customer feedback and observe customer behaviour to generate marketing insights.
• Support inventory preparation and merchandising for marketing campaigns when required.
• Organise marketing assets and content libraries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, influencers and external partners.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing, retail and operational projects.
