Job summary

We require a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying with 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCad is essential. The role offers a structured workweek with the opportunity for immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Efficient and able to work independently.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submissions.
• Analyse and evaluate received quotations.
• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment responses.
• Assist with Variation Orders and Extension of Time assessments.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.
