The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in quantity surveying and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and good command of English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of quantity surveying experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of contracts and construction processes essential for effective project support.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in executing daily quantity surveying and contract administration tasks.
• Prepare progress claims, payment responses, and variation orders.
• Perform quantity take-offs, measurements, and basic costing.
• Contribute to budgeting and cost control activities.
• Review subcontractor claims and quotations.
• Liaise effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Support tender preparation and procurement processes.
• Maintain organized documentation and reports.
• Execute additional quantity surveying tasks as required.
