Job summary

Bayes Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is assisting a leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore to hire a Quantity Surveyor who will take off quantities, source subcontractors, price tenders and handle interim valuations.

You will carry out site measurements and manage subcontractor payments, ensuring contractual compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in building construction, knowledge of building contracts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction.
• Knowledge of building condition of contract.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Carry out site measurement
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments
• Other quantity surveying related duties
