Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, manage tenders, and submit progress claims. You will review subcontractor quotations, monitor costs, and support contract administration while liaising with clients and suppliers from Tai Seng. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and A&A project exposure is essential.

Main Contractor background is preferred, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• A&A project experience required.
• Main Contractor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, costing and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
