Job summary

PSB Academy in Singapore seeks an experienced academic to teach Business, Marketing, Statistics across certificate to undergraduate levels on a 1-year contract with renewal possible; will also serve as Programme Leader and Module Leader.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, online and blended learning, QA alignment, student advising, and participation in research and professional development; shift hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a Business-related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in module/programme leadership and administration within higher education.
• Evidence of engagement in professional practice and CPD.
• Experience with digital technology and emerging learning tech.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons across multiple programmes and age groups.
• Design, develop, review curriculum and learning materials to fit the approved framework.
• Set, mark and review coursework and examinations in line with module specs.
• Ensure assessments align with learning outcomes and provide formative/summative feedback.
• Moderate coursework and examinations; support QA and assessment processes.
• Coordinate Programme/Module leadership activities and quality assurance reviews.
• Provide academic advice and support to students on performance and progression.
• Engage in scholarly activity and curriculum innovation.
