Job summary

VLIFE (TP) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Event Executive to join our Marketing Department in Singapore. The role covers planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, roadshows, and corporate talks, with close collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events in a fast-paced environment while handling registrations, logistics, materials, and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Events Management, Business or related field.
• Prior experience in events, marketing, customer service or promotions preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and work with different teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, roadshows, corporate talks and promotional events.
• Support event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment, materials, refreshments, and manpower.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, partners, and event organisers.
• Assist with event registration, attendee management, setup, and onsite coordination.
• Prepare event materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, and registration forms.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns before, during, and after events.
• Assist in managing event schedules, timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations where required.
• Assist with social media content and event-related communications.
• Capture photos, videos, and other content during events for marketing purposes.
• Collect feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports and evaluations.
• Maintain proper records of event-related documents, contacts, and expenses.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department as required.
• Undertake other duties and projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
