Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, roadshows, corporate talks and promotional events.
• Support the Marketing team in managing event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment, materials, refreshments, and manpower.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, partners, and event organizers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist with event registration, attendee management, setup, and onsite coordination.
• Prepare event materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, registration forms, and promotional items.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns before, during, and after events.
• Assist in managing event schedules, timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations where required.
• Assist with social media content and event-related communications.
• Capture photos, videos, and other content during events for marketing purposes.
• Collect feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports and evaluations.
• Maintain proper records of event-related documents, contacts, and expenses.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department as required.
• Undertake other duties and projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
