Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer queries through calls and emails.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on requests.
• Generate and process documents and update internal systems
• Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
