Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance IT leader to drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization. You will align finance business needs with functional SAP design, lead testing, data migration readiness, and stakeholder engagement across Finance and Commercial teams.

Applicants should have a degree in IT/CS/Accounting/Finance and 4–10 years of domain experience in enterprise applications, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge and strong BA skills. Certifications are a plus.

• Design, configure, and validate SAP solutions while leading testing activities to confirm alignment with operational requirements.
• Assist in data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live events.
• Manage vendor relationships by evaluating deliverables and facilitating issue resolution within set timelines.

• Proven hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and strong functional understanding of finance-related modules.
• Familiarity with end-to-end business processes, including but not limited to accounting, procurement-to-pay, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing.
• Experience in project management in complex environments is advantageous; relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
