HEY ROCKET PTE. LTD. is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee daily flight operations and passenger service areas at Changi Airport Terminals. You will lead frontline staff to deliver excellent service and coordinate with airlines to resolve issues.

The role requires Singaporean applicants with an NITEC or Diploma or higher, and involves rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. You will monitor SLA/KPI and submit daily reports while ensuring SOP adherence.

Join a leading aviation ground handling team and play a key role in managing daily flight operations while delivering smooth, high-quality passenger service. This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee teams, handle airline coordination, and ensure every flight runs efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Salary & Others

• Basic Salary:$2,400 – $2,950

• Monthly Allowances:

  • Shift Allowance: $150; Productivity Allowance: $100; KPI Incentive: $520

• Joining Bonus:$5,000

• Working Hours:44 hours/week (3 rotating shifts)

• Work Schedule:5 / 6 days per week

• Location:Changi Airport Terminals
