Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Shift Duty Engineer to join our engineering team at a beachfront resort. You will lead and coach engineering technicians, ensuring all equipment runs smoothly and emergencies are prioritized and resolved promptly.

You will support hotel projects through planning and supervision, and contribute to audit and training programmes to maintain high standards of safety and reliability across the property.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering.
• Experience as a Duty Engineer or equivalent in a hotel is preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts.

As a Shift Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for Engineering
• Preferably has experience in electrical engineering and gas welding
• Enjoys taking on a new challenge
• Not afraid to take up new challenges
• Willing to work shifts
• Has experience as a Duty Engineer or equivalent in a hotel
• Has a Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering
• Has relevant experience with Building Maintenance
• A motivator and a self-starter
