OCBC is seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer & Accounts Executive in Singapore to oversee daily regulatory compliance and provide full-spectrum financial accounting support within our corporate business unit.

The role combines risk management and accounting duties, including KYC/AML screening, month-end closings, GST filings, and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with MAS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related.
• Experience in dual accounting/compliance roles within financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST, and MAS guidelines.
• Proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with good judgment.
• Professional certifications (CA/CPA Singapore, ACAMS) advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Perform KYC, CDD, and AML screening for corporate accounts.
• Monitor MAS, PDPA compliance and internal risk frameworks.
• Prepare full sets of accounts with AP/AR and GL.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings (SAP/Oracle).
• Prepare GST returns, corporate tax schedules, and filings.
• Support external audits for accounting and compliance.
• Draft regulatory disclosures and incident reports.
• Maintain regulatory archives and SOPs.
