Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented onboarding coordinator to assist walk-in drivers with registration, account setup, and document submission at Bright Hill (Sin Ming). You will guide drivers through login steps, verify information, and update onboarding records. Daily duties include handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person, following up on incomplete applications, and providing admin support from ASAP until end of December. Hours: Mon–Wed, 8:00am–5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in drivers with registration and onboarding processes.
• Provide guidance to drivers on account creation, login procedures, and document submission.
• Follow up with drivers who have incomplete applications or outstanding documents.
• Contact drivers regarding application status updates and onboarding requirements.
• Assist drivers with basic enquiries related to the driver app and onboarding process.
• Following up with potential driver leads to encourage registration and application completion.
• Support onboarding activities through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and face-to-face engagement.
• Ensure driver information and onboarding records are updated accurately.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for onboarding operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
