Job summary

A local logistics company in Singapore is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver. The role involves managing deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a clean vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license and demonstrate good communication skills. This position requires physical fitness and familiarity with Singapore roads. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliveries are fulfilled per delivery routes or assigned schedules and are conducted in a safe and timely manner.
• Products sent of cereals, sugar, oils, sauces and dairy products
• Prospect for new customers
• Product demonstration and sampling
• Stock take of goods brought out each day
• Loading & unloading of goods
• Collection of payments from customers
• Maintenance of vehicle (including cleaning and washing)
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
• Vehicle to be returned to office after work each day
• 6 days work: Monday-Saturday
• Normal Working hours: 9am to 6pm
• Sundays and PH Off

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license
• Clean driving records, diligent with good attitude
• Familiarity with Singapore roads
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit as loading & uploading is required
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
