ALASKA PTE. LTD. is seeking delivery personnel in Singapore to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery and collection of goods. You will handle loading/unloading, verify documents, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities include following schedules, obtaining proof of delivery, and reporting any discrepancies promptly. The role requires independent work, punctuality, and strong communication with customers and team members.

Formación

• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence appropriate to the assigned vehicle.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery locations.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Able to handle goods and perform loading/unloading duties.
• Able to work independently and follow delivery schedules and instructions.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required, subject to terms of employment.

• Verify goods against delivery orders, invoices, or documents before departure.
• Ensure goods are secured during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement, signatures, or proof of delivery upon completion.
• Report delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or unsuccessful deliveries to supervisor.
• Collect goods, returned products, or documents as instructed.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from company vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery areas and warehouses.

Job Purpose

To ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and collection of goods while maintaining proper handling of products, delivery documentation, and company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Delivery & Transportation
  • Deliver goods and products to customers, dealers, suppliers, and other designated locations according to assigned schedules.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
  • Verify goods against delivery orders, invoices, or other relevant documents before departure.
  • Ensure goods are properly secured during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
  • Obtain customer acknowledgement, signatures, or proof of delivery upon completion.
  • Report delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, rejected deliveries, or unsuccessful deliveries promptly to the supervisor.
  • Collect goods, returned products, or documents as instructed.
• B. Loading & Unloading
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods from company vehicles.
  • Ensure goods are handled carefully and properly arranged during transportation.
  • Check quantities and product conditions during loading and unloading.
  • Maintain proper handling of goods to minimise damage or loss.
• C. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections before commencing delivery duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned company vehicle.
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, damage, or maintenance requirements immediately.
  • Ensure proper use of company vehicles, fuel cards, cash cards, and other assigned equipment.
  • Maintain vehicle mileage, fuel records, and relevant documentation where required.
  • Comply with Singapore traffic laws and company road safety policies.
• D. Delivery Documentation & Reporting
  • Ensure delivery orders and related documents are properly completed and returned to the office.
  • Submit signed proof of delivery and other delivery records promptly.
  • Report delivery status, delays, and operational issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper documentation for goods collected, returned, or exchanged.
• E. General Operational Support
  • Assist with warehouse and logistics operations when required.
  • Support stock movement, packing, receiving, and arrangement of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and delivery areas.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management from time to time.
