MCC Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to manage project document control for drawings, maintain electronic records, and support the project team in Singapore. You will liaise with residents, town councils, HDB, consultants and subcontractors; perform data entry, prepare reports for the construction manager, and keep the in‑house project management system up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and records management.
• Proficiency in data entry and managing filing systems.
• Ability to communicate with residents, owners, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Visit owners/residents and arrange defective works to be rectified.
• Keep documentation record of requests or complaints from the public.
• Disseminate information and handle complaints/feedback from the public.
• Ensure project drawing, requisition and document transmittal files are maintained and compiled.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
