Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Draftperson in Singapore to produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation. You will support the project management office with drafting resources and assist on-site measurements to ensure project progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA) or equivalent and has 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting. Reading structural drawings and coordinating with other disciplines are essential.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA) or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation (2D/3D).
• 3–5 years of experience as an architectural draftsperson.
• Able to read structural drawings and coordinate multi-discipline drawings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

You are required drafting resource to the project management office.

Key responsibilities include producing 2D and 3D drawings AutoCad/Microstation application according to customer's specification and providing assistance to the project engineer on site measurement.

Responsible for the progress and timely completion of project.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA) or equivalent.

Proficient in Autocad/Revit & Microstation (2D & 3D).

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience as an architectural draftsperson.

Ability to read structural drawings.

Technical fluency to coordinate other engineering discipline drawing and construction development.

A good team player with the ability to interact with people from all levels.
