Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in flooring and carpentry is highly preferred.
• Experience in QS, drafting, or renovation works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of quantity take-off and costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for flooring, carpentry, and renovation works.
• Take site measurements and calculate project quantities.
• Prepare material lists and assist with material costing.
• Assist with variation orders, progress claims, and project costing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings, measurements, and quotations are accurate.
