Job summary

PHAETON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Draughting Supervisor to lead a team of drafters, plan schedules and ensure code compliance across projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with engineers and clients, maintain drafting standards, and drive process improvements using Lean/Agile methods to boost efficiency and accuracy in deliverables. This role requires 5–10 years in drafting/design and supervisory experience; strong CAD, 3D modeling, and reporting skills are
